Frequently asked questions
- Is CapturePro Network free to use?
- Searching the directory, viewing profiles and creating a buyer account are free. Listing your business as a Capture Pro is free. Fees apply only to projects that CapturePro coordinates, where a platform service fee is itemised on the invoice.
- Do I need an account to search?
- No. Anyone can search, browse categories and use the map. A free buyer account is required to contact a Capture Pro, request a quote, save professionals or post a project.
- How do I claim a listing that already exists for my business?
- Search for your business name, open the profile and choose Claim this profile. We verify ownership before handing over control.
- Does CapturePro Network perform the capture work?
- No. Capture Pros are independent businesses. On managed programs we coordinate sourcing, scope, scheduling and quality review, but the capture itself is performed by the professional assigned to each site.
- How are Capture Pros paid?
- On managed projects the client pays the invoice by card through Stripe. The Capture Pro is paid to their connected payout account after the deliverables pass quality review.
- Can I get a refund if the deliverables are wrong?
- Email support within 10 days of delivery with the work order number. We compare the capture against the published scope and arrange a revision, re-capture, credit or refund case by case.
- How many locations can one program cover?
- There is no limit. Programs are built for national rollouts — one scope, one standard and one dashboard across every location.
- Who operates CapturePro Network?
- CapturePro Network is operated by TPA360 LLC, a Maryland limited liability company based in Annapolis, Maryland.
