For enterprise programs
Scopes, versions and capture standards
One published scope keeps every location captured the same way.
A scope defines what must be captured at every location: required areas, equipment, deliverables, file naming, turnaround and any site-specific instructions.
Versioning
- Edit the scope on the program's Scope tab and publish it as a version.
- Capture Pros must accept the current version before they can start work.
- Publishing a new version does not change assignments already accepted under an earlier version.
- Changes that affect price or schedule after acceptance are handled as change orders.
