Privacy Policy

1. Who controls your information

CapturePro Network is operated by TPA360 LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, at 48 Maryland Avenue, Suite 202, Annapolis, MD 21401. TPA360 LLC is responsible for the information described in this policy. Questions, requests and deletion requests go to info@tpa360.com.

2. Public by design

CapturePro Network publishes a public directory of reality capture professionals. Business information on a Capture Pro profile — business name, location, service area, services, equipment, deliverables, published rates, website, portfolio and description — is intended to be public, searchable and indexed by search engines. Do not publish anything on a profile that you do not want to be public.

3. Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, password credentials, account type, and for buyers: work email, job role, company name, company website, phone and buying intent.
• Business listing data — everything a Capture Pro publishes on a profile, plus verification evidence submitted for review.
• Project and location data — project requests, quote requests, bookings, enterprise programs, imported location lists, site contacts, access notes and scheduling details.
• Capture files and deliverables — files, hosted scan links and documents uploaded against a work order. These are stored privately and are not published.
• Payment information — invoice amounts, payment status and payout status. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Search and browsing activity — searches, filters used and profiles viewed, as described in section 5.
• Support and correspondence — messages you send us.
• Technical data — standard log, device and error information generated when you use the site.

4. How and why we use it

To operate search, matching and the map; to publish directory listings; to deliver project and quote requests to Capture Pros; to run bookings, work orders, quality review and document production; to issue invoices and release payouts; to review verification evidence; to provide support; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; to meet legal and accounting obligations; and to improve the Platform. Where we rely on a legal basis, it is performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Platform, your consent, or compliance with law.

5. Buyer activity and interest scoring

When you browse without an account we record activity at the level of an anonymous browser session identifier only — searches performed, filters used and profiles viewed. We do not attempt to identify anonymous visitors personally, and we do not use IP-based identification or third-party de-anonymisation services.

When you create a free buyer account we associate that activity with your account and, where your work email domain matches a company, with that company. We use this information internally to improve matching, understand demand for reality capture services, and contact buyers about their sourcing needs. Buyer activity, search history and internal interest scoring are never shown to Capture Pros or to other buyers, and we do not sell buyer data. You can request deletion of your buyer account and its activity history at any time.

6. When we share information

• With Capture Pros — the project, site and contact details needed to quote, schedule and perform work you requested.
• With production partners — the capture inputs and site details needed to produce documents you ordered.
• With enterprise teams — program data is visible to the members your organisation adds to that program.
• With service providers — payment processing (Stripe), hosting and database infrastructure, mapping and geocoding, email delivery and analytics, each acting on our instructions.
• For legal reasons — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
• Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain the anonymous session identifier described above and measure aggregate usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; signing in and some features will not work without them.

8. Retention

We keep account, listing, project and transaction records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Anonymous session activity is retained for a limited period for analytics. Capture files are retained for the life of the project and for a reasonable period afterwards so deliverables can be re-issued.

9. Security

Access to private data is restricted by row-level database rules, private file storage with time-limited access links and role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it.

10. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your profile from your dashboard, unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@tpa360.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may retain records we are legally required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

11. Unclaimed listings

Some listings originate from publicly available business information. Any business owner can claim their profile to control it, or request removal by contacting support@capturepronetwork.com.

12. Children

The Platform is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Visitors outside the United States

CapturePro Network is operated from the United States and information is processed there. If you use the Platform from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Platform develops. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
