For enterprise programs

Importing locations from a CSV

Load hundreds of sites at once and get them onto the map.

Steps

  1. Open your program and choose the Locations tab, then Import.
  2. Download the CSV template so your column headers match.
  3. Fill in one row per location: your internal location ID, location name, address, city, state, postal code, square footage, site contact details, access notes, target capture date and special instructions.
  4. Upload the file and review the preview — problem rows are flagged before anything is saved.
  5. Confirm the import. Addresses are geocoded automatically and appear on the program map.

Common import problems

Merged or renamed header rows, state names instead of two-letter codes, postal codes stored as numbers with the leading zero stripped, and addresses missing a street number.
