Location statuses

1. Unassigned — no Capture Pro sourced yet.
2. Offered — a work order has been sent and is awaiting acceptance.
3. Accepted and scheduled — a professional is committed and a date is set.
4. Capture in progress and uploaded — work is happening or files are in.
5. Quality review — deliverables are being checked against the scope.
6. Complete — the location has passed review and deliverables are available.

Health and exceptions

Program health flags locations that are behind or at risk. Exceptions record access problems, quality issues and schedule slips so nothing is tracked in email.
