Invoices and payments
How managed project invoices, the service fee and receipts work.
For projects that CapturePro coordinates, invoices are issued in the platform and paid securely by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What is on the invoice
- The work order reference and the location it covers.
- The capture fee payable to the Capture Pro.
- The CapturePro platform service fee, itemised.
- Any document production ordered for that site.
After you pay
Your receipt comes from Stripe immediately. The payment status updates in your program billing tab, and the Capture Pro is paid out after the deliverables pass quality review.
