How to post a project

Steps

1. Open Post a Project.
2. Enter the location, site type and approximate square footage.
3. Choose the services and deliverables you need.
4. Add your timeline, budget range if you have one, and any access restrictions.
5. Create your free buyer account to submit — this keeps your contact details private until you choose to share them.
6. Review responses in My CapturePro and reply to the professionals you want to talk to.

Writing a good brief

Say what the capture is for — a virtual tour, an as-built model, insurance documentation, a facility record. The intended use tells a Capture Pro which equipment and accuracy level to quote.

Note anything that affects time on site: occupied hours, security clearance, ceiling height, exterior or roof access, or multiple floors.
