For clients
Why you need a free buyer account
What a buyer account unlocks, and what we do and do not track.
Browsing, searching and viewing profiles is open to everyone. A free buyer account is required for higher-value actions: contacting a Capture Pro, requesting a quote, saving professionals and posting a project.
Accounts keep conversations attributable and protect Capture Pros from anonymous spam.
What we record
Before you sign up we record only anonymous session activity — the searches run and profiles viewed in that browser session. We never attempt to identify anonymous visitors personally.
After you sign up that activity is linked to your account and used internally to improve matching. It is never shown to Capture Pros and never sold.
