Capture and upload standards

What to upload, how to name it and how to submit a site for review.

Steps

Complete every item on the capture checklist for that site.
Open the assignment in Work orders and choose the file category — raw capture, processed deliverable, photos or documents.
Upload files, or paste the hosted link for a Matterport or similar cloud tour.
Follow the naming standard shown on the assignment when the program specifies one.
Choose Mark capture complete to send the site to quality review.

Common review failures

Missing exterior or roof coverage, gaps between scan positions, doors closed that should be open, and hosted links that are not shared publicly or with the client.
